For vehicles above 3,5 tonnes, DarsGo e-tolling system is used in Slovenia.

DarsGo is a tolling system in free traffic flow, which applies to vehicles whose maximum permissible weight exceeds 3.5 tonnes. All such vehicles need to have OBU installed.
Tolling is made possible only with the help of a DarsGo unit (OBU), which is installed in the vehicle. The tollable motorway and expressway network is divided into 128 toll sections. Each section hosts a tolling gantry above the motorway, through which a vehicles passes. The gantry detects the DarsGo unit installed in the vehicle as it passes, which serves the basis for charging toll for the travelled section. Toll has to be paid for each toll section travelled.
Tolling is completely automatic with DarsGo unit, and the price is based on the length of an individual section and the characteristics of the vehicle, e.g. the number of axles and the EURO emission class.
Drivers of vehicles with the maximum permissible weight above 3.5 tonnes have to equip their vehicle with a DarsGo unit before entering the motorway network on DARS points of sale or any partner offices, including selected MOL service stations. At these points of sale, also other complementary services are available.
Payment method
At DarsGo points of sale, which are also available at selected MOL and INA service stations, the DarsGo device can be linked to your preferred active postpaid MOL Group Card. The DarsGo unit must be installed in the freight vehicle according to the instructions. Once installed, the vehicle can continue its journey seamlessly within the DarsGo system, which detects toll gantry crossings and automatically sends the transactions to the MOL Group system.

Tax relevant document
If you pay your Slovenian toll via MOL Group Gold Card, you will receive your company's tax relevant document from MOL.
Invoicing period
The toll fee paid by MOL Gold Card will be invoiced together with your actual fuel transactions with your MOL Group Gold Cards.
