We would also like to inform you that in case of malfunctioning of the Telepass SAT or of the app e-TOLL PL, on the e-TOLL portal the function "Complete your journey" allows the payment of the toll for the route concerned.
To proceed it is not necessary to deactivate the Polish OBU ID from the vehicle on the e-TOLL portal, but it will be sufficient to select the starting point of the journey (i.e. from where the device stopped working) and the end point. By clicking "Register your travel", the amount will be automatically calculated and charged to the account according to the previously selected payment method.
