You can pay for Czech toll with your MOL Group Gold Card or INA Standard Card.
Toll payment by means of the electronic tolling system is obligatory for motor vehicles designed for vehicles with total weight exceeding 3.5 tons. Further information about the Czech toll payment obligations can be found on www.motorway.cz website.
Toll payment is possible in 2 ways:
Post-paid mode: if your vehicles travel regularly and frequently use the chargeable Czech roads, your perfect solution for toll payment should be the post-paid mode. In order to use the Czech toll in post-paid mode, a contract has to be concluded with the Czech Road and highway directorate. Your sales representative can support to conduct the Road Usage Contract and the OBU Provision contract. The amount of paid toll fee is unlimited, aligned with the credit limit and card limits set for your card.
Pre-paid mode: if your vehicles travel occasionally on the Czech roads, we suggest the usage of pre-paid mode for your company. Pre-paid mode is the best for those trips when you plan your route in advance. Before the vehicle can be registered in the pre-paid system, first a simple registration form must be filled out by the vehicle driver, which is available on any distribution point and contact point. Second, an on-board unit (OBU) has to be obtained. For the OBU, a deposit of 1550 CZK has to be paid - this can be covered by MOL Group Gold Card. Top-up of the OBU is possible via MOL Group Gold Cards on more than 280 contact and distribution points across Czech Republic, including selected MOL Group Card acceptor stations. You can find the exact list of toll payment sales points here.
