To increase your convenience we have just upgraded our Card Centre – your online card management site, we renewed our website and are continuously expanding our network.
From now on, a refreshed card portfolio gives you an enhanced MOL Group Cards experience.
We introduce you the new MOL Group Cards product family – a new look with the well-working functionality. To check out the details, click on the card types you currently have and explore your future card layouts!
MOL Group Cards layouts will be changed from August 2017 step by step. First only new and normally renewed (those which would be renewed anyhow due to their expiry) cards will have the new layouts. Afterwards, during the upcoming time period MOL Group changes the existing cards, starting with Gold Cards.
Yes, your existing cards with the former layouts will still be accepted at every MOL Group Cards acceptor station, as well as the renewed cards. You can use your existing cards till their expiry or as long as you get your renewed ones from us.
You do not need to do anything, from August 2017 when ordering new cards or having normally renewed ones you will automatically receive the refreshed layouts.
Afterwards, during the upcoming time period MOL Group changes the existing cards independently from their expiry date, starting with Gold Cards. The replacement is automatically happening, you will receive your new cards the usual way (via post or personally).
Newly ordered cards need to be activated. You can activate your cards on Card Centre, via phone or via email.
Renewed cards do not need to be separately activated. Old cards can be used latest until the end of the month after receiving the renewed cards. When a renewed card is used first time at the service station, the old one is blocked automatically.
Illustration: if a renewed card was received in October 2017 and used the first time, the old card is immediately blocked. If the renewed card is not used, the old card can be used until November 2017. After that the old one will be permanently blocked.
Nothing. You do not have to pay for layout renewal itself. Your basic annual card fee will be charged like there was no change with the plastic. In case of ordering a new card the card fee will be also charged, as it was before.

Yes, you still can buy Blue Cards up to the stock at the sites. You will be able to use Blue Cards in 1 year after purchasing, without any change.
Step by step Gift Cards will be available at the service stations with its refreshed layout. The functionality will be the same handy, customer friendly as it is now.
You have to order a new card with the same features. Please use our new Card Centre and in the menu choose Card Order where you can easily order your new card.
